On Cloudsoma
Soft landings even on longer runs are provided by the women's running sneakers On Cloudsoma, designed for daily training with high cushioning. When you run regularly and want your feet ready for the next day, you'll appreciate how gently they carry you step by step. The pink color adds a touch of joy to even the most ordinary morning loop.
Underfoot, the Helion™ HF foam midsole works in combination with the CloudTec® system, where the cushions compress upon landing and then smoothly propel you into the next step. The neutral drop suits runners who don’t need pronation correction. The Missiongrip™ outsole provides solid traction on gravel and forest paths, so you’re not limited to the pavement. The engineered mesh upper with synthetic elements offers good breathability, and the low cut allows freedom of movement for the ankle. On was founded in 2010 in Zurich, Switzerland, by former triathlete Olivier Bernhard and two friends, and you can recognize its soles with the signature hollow cushions at first glance.
On Cloudsoma
Swiss Technological Precision - On Cloudsoma
The On Cloudsoma series represents a revolutionary shift from pure performance running to total comfort and post-performance recovery. This Swiss silhouette is designed as the ultimate recovery shoe, combining a minimalist alpine aesthetic with cutting-edge insights into rest and muscle recovery biomechanics. This model is the perfect answer to the growing "wellness-core" trend, where functional elements for foot recovery after intense athletic performance become an integral part of your everyday style. The foundation of this shoe is a massive midsole utilizing patented CloudTec technology, optimized in the Cloudsoma model for maximum absorption of vertical and horizontal forces, relieving your joints and overall musculoskeletal system.
Key Technological Features of the Cloudsoma Model:
- Adaptive Helion Cushioning: Super foam in the midsole that retains its cushioning properties even at varying temperatures, ensuring an extremely soft landing.
- Optimized CloudTec Construction: Specifically shaped hollow "clouds" are designed for a smooth transition from heel to toe, emphasizing foot relaxation.
- Seamless Anatomical Upper: Technical knit with variable weave density eliminates pressure points and allows the foot to naturally expand after performance.
- Eco-friendly Materials: A high proportion of recycled polymers in the upper and sole construction reduces the ecological footprint without sacrificing functionality.
- Relaxation Geometry: A wider sole base provides increased stability and a sense of security with every step in off-duty mode.
Structural Minimalism for Your Recovery Time
The construction precision of the On Cloudsoma series is evident in the application of digitally knitted material that wraps around the foot without unnecessary pressure, which is absolutely crucial for the lifestyle recovery category. Unlike racing models, there is no rigid Speedboard plate here, allowing the foot to work and rest naturally in its anatomically correct position. This silhouette is particularly attractive for its clean, almost architectural design that redefines the feeling of lightness and visual depth. If you're looking for premium sneakers crafted by Swiss engineers that combine recovery science with uncompromising future style, On Cloudsoma is the clear choice for your next upgrade. This model gives you the feeling of "walking on clouds" even when you're not breaking records, but giving your body the care it deserves.
