Not quite what you expected? If something doesn’t fit or you’ve changed your mind, no worries—these things happen. You have 30 days to return your order for a refund.
Return Process
- Place the original invoice and the completed return form in the box along with the unworn items.
- Pack the shoebox inside a larger box or other protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Please avoid taping the shoebox directly, as this could damage the product and reduce its value.
- Click HERE to create a free GLS return label. Then find the closest Drop Off point here and that's it. If you decide to use a different carrier, please note the return costs are at your expense.Important notice
- Please note: Our system displays US sizes, so the sizes shown on your order confirmation and invoice are in US sizing. Nike and Jordan Products: Due to Nike’s policy, we are unable to ship Nike and Jordan products outside the European Union, except for Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Customs and Import Duties: If your delivery country charges customs or import duties, you will be responsible for paying these fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide specific details. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
- Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Do not bring the goods to the warehouse in person. Orders shipped with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
- We recommend insuring your return package. If the parcel is lost or damaged during transit, you can file a claim with the carrier to recover the value. For customers in the UK: Don’t forget to include the original invoice inside the package to avoid additional customs fees.
- Refunds for cash payments will be processed within 14 days. If you paid by card or PayPal, your refund will be issued on the same day your return is processed at our warehouse.
Terms of Return

- Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
