TechnologyAquaGuard®AquaGuard®Designation for a specific line of water-repellent zippers that are designed for use in harsh outdoor conditions. This technology uses the application of a thin layer of polyurethane (PU) lamination to the back of a conventional spiral zipper. When zipped, the two sides of the lamination are pressed firmly together, creating a barrier that significantly reduces the penetration of water, snow and wind through the teeth of the zipper. AquaGuard® has become the industry standard for technical jackets, backpacks and outdoor gear where a high level of protection is required without the need for heavy cover tapes / GORE-TEX® Paclite PlusGORE-TEX® Paclite PlusLightweight, waterproof and highly breathable technology designed for maximum comfort on the move. Thanks to its durable double-layer construction, it reliably protects against rain and wind while packing down easily into a small volume. Paclite® Plus clothing offers long-lasting performance, light weight and reliable protection for everyday urban wear and outdoor activities.
Composition100% Nylon100% NylonThis synthetic polymer became the first commercially successful synthetic fibre made directly from coal, water and air. Nylon is characterised by its high strength, abrasion resistance and ability to dry quickly.
MaterialWater repellentWater repellentWater-repellent material is a functional fabric with a special treatment (often referred to as DWR) that causes water droplets to bead up and roll off its surface instead of soaking into the fabric. This material provides reliable protection against unexpected showers and moisture while maintaining its lightweight feel. It's ideal for outdoor jackets, windbreakers, and sportswear where protection from adverse weather is required, along with easy maintenance. / Wind-resistantWind-resistantWindproof material is a specially developed fabric with an extremely dense weave or integrated membrane that reliably blocks the penetration of cold wind to the body. This prevents the so-called "windchill effect." Despite its high density, the material maintains breathability, allowing body moisture to escape. It is an essential component of functional jackets, vests, and sportswear for challenging windy conditions.
