GEL™: ASICS' GEL™ technology uses a special cushioning gel that effectively absorbs shock for a softer, more stable impact with every step. Gel inserts are strategically placed in the heel or forefoot where they help reduce stress on joints and muscles the most. FlyteFoam: FLYTEFOAM™ is a revolutionary technology used in running shoe midsoles that provides superior cushioning while maintaining low weight.
