Veja Venturi

A chunky sneaker that combines everything good - trendy looks, functionality, sustainability and environmental friendliness, listen up. Flannel was used for the top of the sneaker, which is made from 30% recycled bottles and 70% recycled cotton, while the suede comes from leftover leather from a local farm in the town of Rio Grande do Sul. The iconic V logo is made from rubber and rice waste, the midsole from sugarcane, the outsole from Amazon rubber and rice waste and the insole was made from sugarcane and recycled plastic bottles. With these sneakers, we can only think of one thing. When someone tells you that you can't create a sustainable yet cool trendy shoe, think of the Veja Venturi.
